Most people fail on interviews not because they are not fit for the job but because they do not prepare well for their interviews. If you have been called for an interview or you expecting a call from potential employers this post is a must read for you. Here are the questions that interviewers likes to ask

1. Tell us about yourself?

When you asked this question you must make sure that in your answer you include personal details, and that should be your name, your address your marital status and so on.

You can also include your education and work in short, as they might still ask you about your education and experience in the details on the next question, do not be forward

In a nutshell when you answer this question just repeat what is written on your cv

2. What are weaknesses?

This question is tricky. When you mention your weaknesses in any job interview you need to mention weaknesses that will benefit the company. Look at the examples below:

- I can't say no when someone ask for help

- when someone needs urgent assistance I forget about my task and focus to that person

-trust people very quickly

3. What are your strengths?

This is where you should excel and make the panel see that you are the best candidate.

I'm honest, self motivated and hardworking person with positive attitude towards my career and life

4. What are career goals?

This question is simple when you answer it you must categorize your question into two categories, namely, long term goals and short term goals. See example below:

My short term goal is to get a job in a company where I can utilize my skills and improve my career path. My long term goal is to be in a respectable position in that organization
